Art Deco Compact Cigarette Case 1940s Guilloche Enamel Powder & Rouge Gold Compact Case
Here's a lovely vintage Art Deco 1940's cigarette case with powder, rouge and mirror compact in the lid.
It's in fantastic condition, no chipping or damage to the enamel, or to the guilloche. The mirror is clear, and it still has the original rouge, and an empty covered powder compartment for loose powder. The main compartment for cigarettes has a spring loaded clip to hold your smokes firmly in place. Due to the age of this piece, it was meant for the non-filtered cigarettes of the day.
The only issues we can find is a tiny pin point dimple on the bottom, and some slight scuffing, and discoloration to the powder compartment and cigarette compartment. No serious damage.
It's a unique piece, with no makers hallmark. It measures approximately 5 inches in length by almost 3 inches in width.
A fabulous and rare piece to use or add to your collection. Use our quick links at the bottom of the page to find more unique collectibles.
