Ladies Art Deco Compact Case Lighter 1940's Evans Lighter Works
This is a wonderful vintage 1940's Art Deco Evans cigarette case lighter with a powder and rouge compact that is in working condition.
It's a beautiful black enamel that fades into a pale yellowish green. The enamel is in good condition, with some slight scuffing and very tiny nicks, nothing that detracts, as you can see from our photos. No dents to the exterior of the case, but the interior bottom side of the compact has a indentation, and there is one small dot of rust inside the cigarette case.
The lighter just had a new wick and flint installed; and is now in working order, as our all hinges and closures.
It opens to hold cigarettes, and the top circle opens to reveal the powder and rouge compact. There is some powder and rouge remaining in the compact, along with the original powder puff.
The mirror is a double sided metal mirror that is in great condition, with only one tiny smudge on the rouge side.
It measures approximately 4 1/4 inches in length by 2 3/4 inches in width. This case holds non filtered cigarettes, and is a fabulous working collectible case lighter compact.
Our lighters are not shipped with lighter fluid, as postal regulations will not allow for shipping of flammable items. You will need to add lighter fluid to this item.
