Antique Abalone Tie Bar Clip or Tie Tack

This is a circa 1930's brass and abalone tie clip. It measures approximately 1 1/8th inches in length. This appears to be for a young boys tie or a skinny tie, due to it's small size. The piece has some tarnish that only adds to the charm of this unique piece. When photographing we were able to see a small chip of abalone out of the tip of one corner. It's very difficult to see when wearing the clip. No hallmarks are visible as to maker or metal content. Another unique gift idea from Power Of One Designs.
