1930's Finberg Guilloche Compact & Comb Set Excellent Condition
This is a stunning 1930's Finberg Mfg. Co. guilloche powder and rouge compact with matching comb in excellent condition.
The compact has a gold plated interior and exterior trim, and the detailing in the guilloche on both the comb and compact is fabulous. The edges of the compact have a gorgeous raised repousse pattern.
The compact is approximately 2 1/4 by 2 1//8 inches, and the comb is approximately 4 1/2 inches in length.
The compact has the original rouge with the unbroken foil seal still covering it. It also has the paper refill instructions, as well as both the unused powder and rouge puffs. The doubled sided metal mirror lifts up to reveal the rouge underneath. The mirror is clear on both sides.
The comb has no broken teeth, and the same lovely guilloche pattern with hand painted floral design to match the compact.
This set would make a perfect bridal or wedding gift for the bride. Both pieces will come in their own white organza gift pouches.
