Victorian Compact Dance Purse OOAK Beaded Wristlet Vintage Powder Rouge Mirror
This is a wonderful vintage Victorian dance purse powder, rouge and mirror compact with a one of a kind beaded wristlet.
The piece is in fantastic condition, with the only damage being the cracked mirror, which could be replaced. No dents, dings, rust or corrosion on this lovely compact.
It has a pretty Victorian shape and design with an oval shaped black enamel medallion, with a single hand painted rose.
The hinges and closures work perfectly, and it opens to a glass powder plate, empty rouge compartment and a lipstick tube with red lipstick remaining.
It has no hallmarks that we could find, and could be silver plated or a silver alloy.
The compact measures approximately 4 1/4 inches in length by 2 inches at the widest part. The OOAK beaded wristlet adds an additional 4 3/4 inches in length to the overall piece.
The wristlet is made with iridescent glass beads strung on silk cording and knotted between stones, and adds a nice bling to an already wonderful piece.
