Vintage Mechanical Propelling Pencil Tie Tack Clip

This is a really unusual piece by Jet Line Japan. It's a mechanical or propelling pencil tie tack or clip. It's in great condition, with only minimal wear. The pencil function is also easy to use with a twist of the tip to extend the lead. The pencil clip is approximately 2 1/4 inches in total length. The pencil appears to be chrome or a very high quality polished stainless steel. It can be removed from the tie bar by the small thumb screw at the top end of the pencil.
