Ladies Marathon Cigarette Case Lighter 1930s Slide A Lite Working Gold & Enamel Case Lite
This is a pretty little ladies 1930's Art Deco Marathon gold and enamel cigarette case lighter in working condition.
The piece is in good condition, but it does have some age wear that can be viewed in our photos. It has a new flint installed and works flawlessly. It is hallmarked "Marathon USA"; and has a cartouche with the initials "M L K".
The case measures approximately 4 1/4 inches in height by a bit over 2 3/4 inches across. These cases were meant for unfiltered cigarettes of the day.
All hinges and the closure work as they should. The lighter is also in perfect working condition, with a new flint installed. It comes with a burgundy red silk pouch.
Our lighters are not shipped with lighter fluid, as postal regulations will not allow for shipping of flammable items. You will need to add lighter fluid to this piece.
