24kt Gold Overlay Guilloche Compact Purse OOAK Beaded Wristlet Chain
This is a stunning 1900's guilloche silver tone compact purse with 24kt gold overlay and a one of a kind hand beaded wristlet chain.
The piece is in excellent condition, with no dents, dings, rust or corrosion, and has a lovely and intricate repousse edge around the compact.
The compact is a larger size measuring approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter, not including the clasp, and is a little over 1/2 inch in thickness. The wristlet adds an approximate 4 1/2 inch drop from the top of the compact.
It opens to a clean powder compartment with a pretty unused handmade powder puff with a blue rose, and a double sided clear mirror. Both sides of the mirror are in excellent useable condition, with no haze or damage. The mirror lifts up to reveal the clean rouge compartment, with another unused handmade powder puff with a pink rose.
The hand beaded wristlet chain is made with a variety of beads, including amber glass tube beads, with a blue iridescent look that are strung on silk cording. The cording is knotted between each bead.
This is a unique piece in wonderful condition, with no serious damage, just light scuffing. A perfect compact purse to add to any vintage collection.
