Elgin American Guilloche Enamel Compact 1930s Art Deco Powder Rouge Mirror Compact
This is a gorgeous 1930's Elgin American Art Deco guilloche enameled powder, rouge and mirror compact in excellent to near mint condition.
The compact measures 2 1/2 inches in length and 2 1/2 inches at the widest point. The guilloche enameled piece is 1 1/4 inches diameter.
The compact is in excellent condition, as is the mirror. All hinges and closures work properly.
Inside, there is a compartment for rouge, with some remaining, and one for loose powder. The original Elgin American signed puff is still present.
On the door of the powder compartment it has the ELGIN AMERICAN hallmark.
This piece is in exceptional condition, and would make a fantastic addition to any vintage collection. It comes with a pink silk snap closure pouch which is perfect for gift giving, travel or display.
