Art Deco Compact Case Lighter 1940's Evans Case Lighter Working

$ 129.99

This is a wonderful vintage 1940's Art Deco Evans cigarette case lighter with a powder and rouge compact that is in working condition.

It's a beautiful black enamel that fades into a pale yellowish green. The enamel is in good condition, with some slight scuffing and some small areas of missing enamel, nothing that detracts, as you can see from our photos. No dents to the case, but it has two small dark spots inside the cigarette compartment.

The lighter just had a new flint installed; and is now in working order, as our all hinges and closures.

It opens to hold cigarettes, and the top circle opens to reveal the powder and rouge compact. There is no loose powder, but solid rouge remains in the compact, along with the original powder puff.

The mirror is a double sided metal mirror that is in great condition.  The compact lid has a lovely courting scene.

It measures approximately 4 1/4 inches in length by 2 3/4 inches in width. This case holds non filtered cigarettes, and is a fabulous working collectible case lighter compact.  it comes in a handmade cloth pouch for gifting and protection.

Our lighters are not shipped with lighter fluid, as postal regulations will not allow for shipping of flammable items. You will need to add lighter fluid to this item.
