Antique EAM Cigarette Case Silver Plate Edwardian
This is a beautiful Edwardian early 1900's silver plated cigarette case by EAM. It's a pretty silver plated case; with the interior having a beautiful gold washed holographic pattern inside. The case has a cartouche with the initials "JAG" on the front. It measures approximately 3 1/2 inches in length by 2 3/4 inches in width.
It's in fabulous condition; with no dents, dings, rust or corrosion. It does have some discoloration to the piece, as can be viewed in our high resolution photos. The case is hallmarked on one of the spring loaded clips with the infamous arrow and "EAM" and "Made In The USA". EAM Stood for the Elgin American Mfg. Co. The hinge and closure, as well as the spring loaded clips all work perfectly. A wonderful piece that comes in a black organza pouch.
