1950s Volupte Enamel Cigarette Compact Purse Business Card Case
This is an early 1950s Volupte cigarette compact case or business cash and credit card case in brass with enamel accents. This case has a very intricate detail on both front and back depicting hunters on horseback and on foot seeking deer or antelope. Accents of blue, black, green, yellow and gold enamel help identify the figures. The case also has an intricate repousse with a blue enamel fill on all the edges of the case on all four sides. Inside, the case has a pretty holographic looking design on both sides of the metal mirror. The mirror does have some tiny spots and one brushed area that can be viewed in our multiple photos. The exterior enamel is in excellent condition. It's a stunning piece to add to your collection, and perfect for use.
