Silver Plated Cigarette Case & Match Safe 1910's Vesta Gift Set In Original Box
A gorgeous 1910's silver plated vesta cigarette case and match safe gift set in the original box.
The two pieces are in wonderful condition, with no dents, dings, rust or corrosion. Some slight discoloration, but no serious damage.
They have a hammered style lid with a diamond shaped blank cartouche for engraving. The cigarette case has the curved back to fit comfortably in a mans vest pocket.
There are no hallmarks on either piece, but the box indicates that they were made in the USA.
There is still the original Christmas gift card in the box.
The cigarette case measures approximately 3 1/4 inches across by 3 inches tall by 5/8 inch thick. It has two spring loaded clips to hold cigarettes in place. The match safe measures approximately 2 1/4 by 1 1/4 inches.
