This is a nice vintage Carl R Bieber, Inc. Tourways measuring tape. It's in fantastic condition and works flawlessly. It has easily legible numbers, and extends to about 70 inches. Manufactured by Barlow. The tape measure is approximately 1 5/8th inches by 1 7/8ths inches. Small enough to tuck away in your pocket or purse.
