This is a really lovely vintage 1940's mother of pearl vintage powder and mirror compact in wonderful condition.
The gorgeous inlay top is in excellent condition, with no damage, the white spot in the second photo is just a piece of fuzz from our cleaning cloth.....not damage. It opens to a good mirror, with only a very tiny bit of haze, but still very useable; and also has a covered powder compartment.
All hinges and closures work perfectly, and the compact is in great condition. It's approximately 2 3/4 inches in length by 2 3/8th inches.
The bottom has some very slight discoloration and scuffing that appears worse in our high resolution photos than it actually is.
