1917 Karess Woodworth Compact Vintage Powder Rouge Mirror Compact Fiancee Compact
This is a vintage 1917 Fiancee powder, rouge and mirror compact by Karess Woodworth.
It is gold plated on the outside, and in wonderful condition, with only very slight signs of wear, such as faint scuffing, slight tarnish and very faint dings that are barely noticeable.
It opens to a nice mirror with some slight haze, but is in useable condition, as well as an empty powder plate and a covered rouge compartment with the rouge remaining.
The interior has some tarnish to the brass, and the powder plate has some age wear. Still displays beautifully.
The piece is hallmarked on the metal frame below the mirror "Fiancee Woodworth". It also is hallmarked on the powder plate holder with "APR 24 - AUG 14 1917".
It measures approximately 3 1/4 inches in length by 2 inches in width.
