1900's Guilloche Dance Purse Victorian Powder Rouge & Mirror Compact
This is a gorgeous early vintage 1900's Victorian silvertone and celluloid guilloche powder, rouge and mirror compact purse with finger ring.
It's a unique shape and has a gorgeous guilloche medallion surrounded by a thin gold tone metal rim.
The purse opens to a nice mirror with no breaks or cracks, just some minor haze.
It also has a rouge plate below the mirror with some remaining rouge, and includes both of the original powder puffs.
The bottom of the piece has a tap sift style powder compartment that is clean.
It measures approximately 2 1/4 inches square, and has a gorgeous intricate chain with a repousse ring attached.
The piece does show some age related wear, such as scuffing, tarnish and one slight indentation on the back of the piece.
