Vintage Black Beaded Purse 1930s Lumured Corde-Bead Handbag Art Deco
This is a vintage black Lumured beaded purse or handbag "Corde-Bead" from the 1930's.
Hallmarked "Made in USA", with patient number stamped on inside of purse on the black satin lining. We have not been able to read the exact patient number, so will leave that to the new owner.
It has nice gold frame and a pretty beaded handle; and is of substantial size for a formal purse. It measures approximately 12 inches by 10 inches.
The black lining is clean and free from damage, as is the whole purse. In great condition, with no rips, tears or stains.
The gold trim does have some very slight scuffing that does not detract from the beauty of this lovely purse.
The clasp and hinge are in wonderful condition, and it has a gorgeous beaded trim along the top of the purse frame.
A wonderful and unique vintage piece to add to your collection. It's a heavy well made bag.
