Alpacca Silver Cigarette Case Antique Elde Victorian Card Holder
This is a lovely early 1910's alpacca silver cigarette case or card holder. It has a very intricate Victorian design on both the front and back.
It's a stunning piece in wonderful condition, and the elastic band is also in excellent condition to hold your non-filtered cigarettes intact. It has a blank cartouche on the lid; perfect for engraving. It is also hallmarked on the clasp Elde Alpacca.
There is no damage to this case, with only slight tarnish that only enhances it's intricate beauty. It measures approximately 3 1/2 inches in length by 2 1/2 inches in width. It comes in a heavy handmade sage green cloth case.
It's a wonderful piece for display or use, and is very well made; and snaps shut tightly.
