1940's Lite-O-Matic Gazelle Cigarette Case Elgin American Original Box Stunning Working Case Lighter
Here's a beautiful 1940's brushed silver tone and gold tone Gazelle design Lite-O-Matic Elgin American cigarette case lighter.
The case is in terrific condition. No dents or dings or damage. Lovely inside and out. It measures 5 inches in length by 3 1/2 inches in width.
The lighter was tested and works perfectly, the only thing this piece will need is fluid, as we are unable to ship with flammable liquids due to postal regulations.
It has a very unusual way of working. You press a button on the front edge and it pops open, and when you close the case it automatically lights the lighter.
This piece is hallmarked "ELGIN AMERICAN Made In USA" on the inside clip. It comes with the original yellow felt pouch, with some slight soiling, and the original beautiful red metal hinged lid box.
An interesting and unique piece to add to your collection, or give as a gift. It has a new flint installed and works well.
